何晓青,博士,副教授彩票游戏app,林木分子设计育种高精尖创新中心青年研究员。中国微生物学会会员,为《Chemosphere》、《BMC microbiology》、《Journal of Environmental Sciences》、 《Environmental Monitoring and Assessment》、《Water Quality, Exposure and Health》、《北京林业大学学报》、《中国环境科学》、《安全与环境学报》彩票游戏app、《环境科学学报》等学术期刊审稿人。近年来,在国内重要学术期刊上已发表论文20 余篇,其中发表在“Nature communications”彩票游戏app、“Frontier in microbiology”彩票游戏app、“Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology”、“BMC microbiology”、“Environmental Science and Pollution Research”等SCI期刊上16篇彩票游戏app。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等。主讲《微生物学》(双语)、《微生物生态学》等课程,指导大学生获国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目支持彩票游戏app,以及北京市大学生生物学竞赛实验设计三等奖等彩票游戏app。

  研究领域  
 

  1. 微生物互作网络机制及微生物组在植物抗病抗逆等过程中的功能和分子机理

  基于高通量测序,应用全基因组关联分析(GWAS)、系统作图(Systems mapping)、网络作图(Network mapping)等研究手段,量化影响细菌互作以及植物-微生物组互作的遗传效应彩票游戏app、定位显著基因并进行网络构建(QTL network),基于CRISPR技术验证枢纽基因(hub genes )的功能彩票游戏app,探究细菌互作进化的遗传机制以及植物-微生物组互作调控机制等,系统地研究微生物组在植物抗病、营养吸收彩票游戏app、生长发育等过程中的功能和分子机理。

  2. 环境中微生物群落的多样性及生态功能研究

  从事环境中微生物群落的多样性及生态功能研究彩票游戏app,旨在确定微生物群落结构和生态功能间的联系及微生物多样性的形成机制,环境因素对微生物群落结构的影响及微生物相互作用相关分子机制等。

  3. 微生物水体修复与生态工法设计

  针对水体常见问题(黑臭、水华、青苔),利用微生物对水体的净化作用,研发了系列净水制剂。在污染水体中使用特定的微生物菌剂,配合生态工法设计和水生植物栽植,形成以微生物菌剂为核心的水下生态修复及水体生态系统构建技术。操作简单彩票游戏app,成本低廉彩票游戏app,效果明显彩票游戏app,配合水生植物栽植,模拟自然的驳岸,既能保证水体水质,也能营造良好的景观效果。
